Before you get started

We have been deveoping this web application for quite some time with the help of our clients who work together with our team in order to implement things that make sense and reduce the ammount of time it takes to manage employee times, schedules and payroll.

Some of these routines are being developed or made better right now so we would like to hear from you. If you stumble upon something that doesn't work correctly or if you have a suggestion that would save time in your organization we would love to know about it.

Once you're working with the application feel free to fill out the contact box (you'll see it everytime in your Dashboard) and let us know what you think, request new functionality, report a problem or just send us your message. We will gladly respond with our best timeframe, opinion or resolution for your problem.

The schedules are not working

Yes, we know... That's because we are dedicating out time and effort to create something that will amaze you in terms of scheduling. Just be patient and you will see... :)

Compatibility with previous version

Although we've changed the interface and added a lot more funtions, we maintained compatibility with everything that existed before so you should find everything you need and a little more conveniently placed in a menu that is logically categorized.

Because not all users are born the same, we are working on diferentiating users according to their role in the company. Some users will see everything (administrators) while others will only be able to perform certain tasks but not see reports and totals for example.

Can we use a different card code for employees than the one presented?

Yes. The code presented is an internal code based on allotted number we set aside for your company and use to print convenient plastic id cards that you can use when creating new employees.

To use other codes you should change the code in the box and be sure you either find a way to print it or have employees punch it on the keyboad manually. Alternatively you can get in touch with us and send the codes you created for each employee and we can print cards with your codes.
