This Privacy Policy explains how Intellisensus Tech Solutions, LLC (“ClockAnywhere,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information when you visit clockanywhere.com or use our cloud time clock services at admin.clockanywhere.com, punch.clockanywhere.com, and user.clockanywhere.com.

2. Information we collect
Account and company data
When a business signs up we collect company name and address, administrator name, email, phone number, username, timezone, and related billing contact details. We create a company code and store subscription dates.
Workforce data you enter
Administrators may add employees, branches, departments, schedules, punch records, pay rates, notes, and optional employee emails or phone numbers for the schedule portal. Punch records can include time, employee code, company, and (when enabled) kiosk IP address.
Marketing and support
If you use the contact form we collect your name, email, subject, and message. Trial and support emails are sent to the address you provide.
Technical data
We automatically receive IP address, browser type, and similar log data needed to operate and secure the service. Signup uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce bots. Phone verification may use Neutrino SMS Verify. Payments are processed by PayPal; we do not store full payment-card numbers.
3. How we use information
- Provide the time clock, schedules, reports, and employee portal
- Create and secure accounts, verify email and phone at signup, and prevent abuse
- Bill subscriptions and send service notices (trial, renewal, password reset)
- Respond to support and contact-form messages
- Maintain security, backups, and legal records
We do not sell personal information.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
Where GDPR applies, we process data to perform our contract with the customer, to meet legal obligations, for legitimate interests such as securing the service, and with consent where required (for example certain cookies).
5. Sharing
We share data only as needed with hosting and email providers, SMS verification, Cloudflare Turnstile, PayPal for billing, and professional advisors or authorities when the law requires it. Customer administrators control who in their company can see workforce data.
6. Retention
We keep account and punch data while the subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing, disputes, and legal requirements. Contact-form messages are kept as needed to respond. You may ask us to delete an account subject to legal holds.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. EEA/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email info@clockanywhere.com. Employees should usually start with their employer, who controls the workplace account.
8. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access the service from the EEA, UK, or elsewhere, your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
9. Security and children
We use access controls, encrypted passwords, and HTTPS. No method of transmission is completely secure. The service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.
10. Cookies
The marketing site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookies Policy and the banner at the bottom of this site.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
