ClockAnywhere charges a flat rate for your entire organization with zero per-employee fees. When renewing in-app via PayPal from the Admin dashboard, you can select from 5 flexible terms:

Not yet — a native iPhone and Android app is coming soon. Until it launches, no app store download is required. Enrolled employees receive an email or SMS invite from their manager and can already access their shifts, calendars, 90-day attendance, and punch barcode through our secure mobile web portal (user.clockanywhere.com).
Yes. Administrators can activate a Workplace IP Lock in internal settings. Punches at the floor kiosk (punch.clockanywhere.com) will then only be authorized from your facility's fixed public IP address.
The punch kiosk is a dedicated station interface. Employees scan their barcode ID card, hold up the barcode on their phone (it appears in the employee portal after they log in), or type their assigned punch code. There are no usernames to type and no In/Out buttons to press. The system automatically matches shift pairs in order. A 5-minute cooldown prevents accidental double-punches.
The Admin Dashboard automatically flags Missing In/Out Pairs over the last 7 or 30 days. Managers can review the incomplete shift and adjust or insert the missing punch directly with 1-click from the back office.
Yes! You can order pre-printed, durable PVC barcode plastic ID cards ($2.50/card + shipping) directly through the Admin account menu. We print and ship custom cards matching your assigned company employee codes.
